I recently tested Runo AI for managing sales calls and follow-ups, and the platform delivered a surprisingly smooth experience for mobile-first sales teams.

What impressed me most was the SIM-based calling system. Unlike traditional cloud telephony tools, calls connect directly through mobile networks, which genuinely improved call connection quality during testing. The built-in AI call summaries, live dashboards, and auto dialer also helped reduce manual work for the team.

The interface feels simple and practical. Setting up leads, tracking calls, and monitoring team performance was easy even for beginners. I also liked the real-time analytics and follow-up reminders because they kept the workflow organized without needing multiple tools.
