I recently tested Aisensy for WhatsApp marketing and customer engagement, and overall the experience was smooth and practical for growing businesses.


The platform makes it very easy to access the WhatsApp Business API without technical complexity. I was able to set up campaigns, broadcast messages, and automate replies using chatbot flows quite quickly. The dashboard feels clean, beginner-friendly, and suitable even for non-technical teams.


One thing I liked most was the multi-agent live chat and audience segmentation features. Managing customer conversations from one place saves a lot of time. The Click-to-WhatsApp ads integration also worked well for lead generation campaigns.


The platform provides useful integrations, APIs, and automation tools, but some advanced chatbot features require additional payments. Support was responsive during setup and onboarding.
