Pitney Bowes and Tech Mahindra, a specialist in digital transformation consultancy, are going after the retail, insurance, banking and logistics verticals together in a new deal which will also focus on telecommunications.

The parties describe the deal as a strategic partnership to help organisations transform digitally through use of data, analytics and customer engagement technologies. Tech Mahindra will bring their expertise in consulting and service delivery and Pitney Bowes’ technology platform will provide flexibility and agility through an open, modular architecture growth.
