Pegasystems has appointed Michael Evans as vice president for Australia and New Zealand. The company said this newly created role reflects its growth and investment in the market.

According to Pegasystems its headcount locally has more than doubled in the last four years.

Evans will concentrate on people and culture to drive growth across the market. This includes prioritising further investments to both attract and retain talent, which will in turn enable Pega to focus on client needs and business outcomes.
