Telstra-backed retail specialist Neto has introduced new fulfilment, customer management, and discounting options to Neto POS.
The upgrade lets customers mark in-store orders for fulfilment at a later time, add customers to VIP pricing in real-time, provide account credit redemption services, email receipts and even offer customers lay-by payments through integration with the Neto Online Store platform.
“The latest version of Neto POS makes it easier and faster than ever for Aussie businesses to digitise their point-of-sale infrastructure, in a way that revitalises customer experiences and supply chain efficiency from the word go,” said Ryan Murtagh, CEO, Neto.
According to Murtagh, by integrating all types of point-of-sale scenarios on the same cloud commerce platform, Neto POS enables retailers to automate inventory management, reduce cash handling errors, and personalise customer service for in-store orders like they do for online purchases.

Neto POS forms part of the Neto digital commerce platform that also allows retailers to manage their online stores, marketplace listings, and logistics processes through a single cloud-based dashboard. Neto POS can support a range of point-of-sale devices in up to 100 stores, from laptops and iPads to more traditional cash drawers, payment terminals, and network-enabled receipt printers.
