Demand is higher than ever in the technology industry for attracting skilled talent. 

According to findings from recruiter Robert Half’s 2021 Salary Guide, 69 per cent of Australian CIOs are willing to increase their initial salary offer for the right talent, and 73 per cent will extend salary increases to existing tech employees in an attempt to retain them.
