“We have a really fantastic opportunity in Australia to be leading with digital, to be leading with innovation,” says Nhung Mason, Managing Director of Accenture’s Retail & Consumer practice. 

Accenture recently conducted a CXO Pulse Survey to determine the attitude of the C-Suite toward the COVID-19 recovery. The findings suggest that although many anticipate a U-shaped recovery (38 per cent), the APAC region is particularly optimistic about building a competitive edge through sustainable and responsible business (47 per cent), accelerating digital transformation (44 per cent) and building a more resilient supply chain (46 per cent).
