AI Rating(3.2/5)

Users appreciate Amazon.com for its vast product selection, generally fast shipping, and easy returns, but many complain about unreliable delivery dates, inconsistent product quality from third-party sellers, and difficulties reaching effective customer service support.

Expert Opinion

Expert Rating(3/5)

I tried accessing Amazon Drive at amazon.com/clouddrive recently, but it's completely shut down since 2023. This cloud storage service used to offer simple file backups, photo uploads, and multi-device sync with Prime perks like unlimited photos.Basic file sharing worked okay back then, but no collaboration tools or strong privacy stood out. Apps for desktop and mobile synced files smoothly, speeds were decent for photos, yet no zero-knowledge encryption raised red flags for security. Now it's legacy only; Amazon Photos took over, but lacks full Drive features. Avoid entirely in 2026; migrate to Sync.com or pCloud instead.
