Marketing technology company, Amobee, announced the appointment of advertising industry veteran Katie Ford to Chief Client Officer and Shouvick Mukherjee to Chief Technology Officer.

The company also announced the unification of Amobee and Turn under the Amobee brand, including a new website, bringing together the products and services from Amobee and Turn into single view.

Amobee acquired Turn for $310 million in February.

As CCO, Ford will be charged with leading the Amobee Marketing Platform’s services and product offerings, while Mukherjee, as CTO, will be responsible for overseeing Amobee’s data science, product development and engineering.

Ford was most recently President, Managing Director at Publicis Media-owned Spark Foundry, where she successfully managed strategy and communications for Fortune 500 brands.

Mukherjee was most recently VP Officer of Product and Engineering at Walmart Labs and previously a VP of Engineering at Yahoo.

Katie’s appointment serves to further expand the company’s management team, including the recent acquisition and global integration of Turn under the Amobee brand.

Mukherjee’s deep experience managing innovation will enable Amobee to continue on its growth path and deliver clients new services and product offerings.

According to Amobee’s CEO, Kim Perell, “Katie and Shouvick are respected industry leaders and a perfect addition to the world-class team we have assembled. They share in our excitement to propel Amobee through its next stage of growth, as we continue to enhance the value we provide marketers through people, products and technology.”
